Paula Barros has been a teacher of yoga since 1976. She has a natural ability to inspire her students and uses her gentle manner of teaching to promote the development of positive lifestyle choices. In 1977 Paula studied in India with B.K.S. Iyengar for 4 months. She is a certified yoga instructor, registered with Yoga Alliance and presently affiliated with Anusara Yoga. She is also a Doctor of Chiropractic.

Advanced Yoga Studies - Teacher Training 2007/8:

The 2007-8 Anusara Yoga Teacher Training is 100 hrs. Class will meet monthly over a 9 month period (September 2007 - June 2008). Students must attend all 9 sessions. Total Cost: $1980 (must be paid in full before first session).
